Day 24, Wed, Oct 11th ~Zucchini Curry~

Zucchini Curry
Got a huge zucchini from Blochs. Even after yesterday's giant plate of 'fried' zucchini, still had half of it left.
Did you know that curry doesn't necessarily have curry spice in it? Apparently it just designates a spicy dish from India (generic).
