Leftover Pumpkin Curry Stew & Quinoa
Whoa...the curry has gotten spicy waiting in the freezer the last couple days! We mixed it with a bit of quinoa we had leftover - gotta keep the fridge clear, right? :)Hang in there - tomorrow will be a magical feast! :)
