~ Taco Salad ~
Our original dining plans went out the window with an irresistible urge to eat refried beans. So...instead of the historic pick up of giant pack of bean burritos from Taco Bell...we stopped at the grocery store on the way home. And this is what we made...
On the plate:
Greens, sliced into strips
Scoop of refried beans
Salsa
tsp of green chiles
sprinkling of shredded Mexican cheese
side of tortilla chips
So quick, easy, and super yummy!
